We’ll not only prepare a cost development, but stick to it and deliver your project within budget and on time.
OWNERS REPRESENTATION
Construction projects can be hassle-free if you choose the Arkin Group. We will make sure that all vendors and subcontractors are paid, so you’re not burdened with notice to owners or liens on your project. We can also ensure that you do not overpay before the work is actually complete. That’s because every month we conduct site visits and review requisitions to determine the status of your project and the accuracy of monthly contractor billing statements.
We can also coordinate between your architect and contractor, so that the contractor can perform his or her work without delays. Our extensive quality control will ensure that you get what you pay for. If you pay for premium work, we’ll make sure it gets done right and that your project is on time.
